In this video, I compared the ProMotion 120Hz iPhone 13 Pro Max display to the 60Hz iPhone 12 Pro max screen. The 120Hz refresh rate of the iPhone 13 Pro Max is not only fast but also variable as it can slow down and save you battery.

It's difficult to represent 120Hz on camera for more than a few reasons but most importantly that you need a 120Hz display to actually see it lol. So what I have done is, I shot some parts of this video in 2.6K resolution @120 FPS then slowed it down to illustrate the difference in the refresh rates of both displays.
