Can't handle most of Rolento's move list, with lots of his moves being rather slow and often based on misdirection, which is just way too complicated for my simple mind. I like a couple of his kicks and jump kicks but I definitely feel limited with him compared to a fair number of the other characters.
Those "stabby gang" characters who appear at the top of the screen in Rolento's win poses look like they're probably El Gado and Holly Wood, enemy characters from Capcom's "Final Fight beat-em-up game, which is the game where Rolento also first appeared--as a boss character!
