Commands used:
Make the item frame:
summon item_frame 33 57 -17 {Tags:["lock1"], Facing:2b,}
Output a comparator signal:
execute if entity @e[tag=lock1, nbt={ItemRotation:0b}]
Check all item frames:
Check for 20 blocks of air:
execute at @p if blocks -43 57 -41 -43 77 -41 ~ ~ ~ all
Check for a light gray wool:
execute at @p if blocks -54 57 -41 -54 57 -41 ~ ~2 ~ all
