This is Darkness Falls, a mod for 7 Days to Die. It overhauls many gameplay elements and mechanics to introduce a far steeper grind of the early stages that 7 Days to Die lacked.

This is a mini-horde, summoned by a Screamer zombie. A screamer zombie is a zombie that only gets attracted by loud noise (either through gunfire or action), heat spots like torches, furnaces, campfires, or the destruction of buildings, which also gets applied with loud noise. The screamer zombie has long, brush hair with a white magician robe, without the hoodie. The screamer zombie can also appear a glow and radiated look, as that means that they are more powerful, in both hitting a player and taking hits themselves. If not dealt with quickly (like in this clip), they will continuously spawn hordes of hordes of zombies that are not only in the same game stage level as you, but (in Darkness Falls only) spawn zombies that are in far greater game stage level.

This is a Solo, Insane difficulty world with everything else set to default settings. Currently, in the clip, I am level 101, with a game stage level of 660.
