Over the years there have been some amazing JRPG series that have become neglected for some reason or another. And it's a real shame because there's so much potential left for these classics. In this video I talk about some of the series I would revive if I had the power to do so, tell you a little bit about these series, and why they died, as best as I can.

I wish I could revie the Lunar series, and how Studio Alex was sued into oblivion by Game Arts.

Breath of Fire also needs to make a comeback, but Capcom has left me feeling like this isn't possible any more, with the release of Breath of Fire 6.

Suikoden is a series that I always knew about, but never realy got drawn into until latey, and now that Konami is so far invested in pachi-slots I don't think we'll ever see a proper Suikoden VI.

Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross obviously need no introduction, a followup to these games is so craved that Square Enix actually decided to remake Final Fantasy VII first, because touching the Chrono series was too daunting for them, and I can't blame them.

Dark Cloud was awesome, but Level5 found so much success in YoKai Watch and Ni No Kuni that it seems like a proper Dark Cloud 3 is no longer a priority.

Grandia is owned by Game Arts, but they haven't made a recent title for some reason unknown to me.

And the Soul Blazer series from Quintet is in dire need of revival, but Tomoyoshi Miyazaki has fallen off of the face of the planet ever since the release of Granstream Saga. If you know of his whereabouts, please find him, and tell him we need him and miss him dearly.
