Sega Game Toshokan (セ ガ ゲ ー ム 図 書館), significando Sega Game Library , é um cartucho Sega Mega Drive distribuído com Mega Modems a partir de 3 de novembro de 1990, com Putter Golf e Pyramid Magic Yokokuhen sendo os títulos de lançamento.
Com o Mega Modem conectado, o cartucho no slot de cartucho e uma assinatura da Sega Meganet , podiamos baixar e jogar alguns jogos Mega Drive disponíveis exclusivamente por meio, lançados entre 1990 e 1992.

Dois desses jogos, Flicky e Shi no Meikyuu: Labyrinth of Death (ou Fatal Labyrinth), mais tarde foram lançados fora do Japão.
