I'm surprised how well this runs even if it is an older game from 2003. I try to keep games as unmodified as possible but this game will have serious issues without the help of "Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher 1.26.1" and also be limited to 4:3 (which I don't personally mind anyway), however the game has no frame limiter by default resulting in serious physics glitches and really long load times. Here the game is running at 3840x2160p (4K) at over 200FPS without the frame limiter enabled, but you do need it. 200FPS seems to be the max limit that the speedrunners use, so anything up to that I'd recommend.

Recorded on an external PC in 1080p/60fps (upscaled to 1440p to get YouTube's VP9 codec).
