The aesthetic certainly is enjoyable! Can't say the game itself is all the refined, and by the end it's fairly safe to say that it doesn't get especially interesting if you're able to survive for a long time. Other than everything the developer explicitly mentions adding, a general increase in content with regards to enemies and terrain would be a fresh addition. The theme has a lot going for it, and it has exactly what a roguelike's good at telling: a crazy world where nothing makes sense and you gotta figure out how to stay alive. That's how you know it's good!
