For this battle, I decided to use my Banisher, since he has Deafening Roar. My Samurai and God Hand dealt most of the damage here, since my Banisher didn't have access to any strong offensive skills.

The Evil Tyranno can increase his CRIT rate, so we'll just break that particular buff later, and get his ATK to a manageable point first. Once this part occurs, he goes down pretty quickly, and the rest is up to Maple Tear and Quartetto.

We're done with the optional battles for right now, so it's time to get back to the Kazan Republic. This is going to be quite rough...
