This route shows how to do a modified Trials Skip (skipping only 7/8) on non JP.
Two things that are troublesome:

1) Getting Zombie Storage:
Using the stair case doesn't work on non-JP, so you have to get OoB off a Moonportal and then die.

2)When navigating the Zombies behind the iron door, Green must not get behind it as well. You cannot separate the Links, so you have to get the Zombies BEHIND the door, so they cannot move out again, and then kill Green.
(As long as the Zombies are still inside solid area, you can always move Green out again)

So, since you need an GBA screen to get ZS, we do Boomerang Trials and get the small key when we are there anyway to skip the gohmas and the canon room.
With decent RNG, this is even faster.
Still a lot more difficult than JP.
