Messed around after I got mad about myself failing the mini game for no real reason but my stupidity, and then no enemies spawned.
I don't think it has to do with the cutscene walking though, apparently it happens when you start another try when the enemies are still returning to their spawn locations.
EDIT: Ok I have no clue why and when it happens.
If you retry as the stolen cake is still on screen, Robby (the little guy you have to help) will be dragged to it and he works on the cake as it is carried away, and then respawns in the middle.
But then the enemies spawn too.

Since it wastes a bit of time, it is probably not really useful.
(Less lag probably, but IDK how much that saves lol)
