Today I show you where to put your first 8 Starfield Bases to get the 39 Resources you need to craft all the early items in the outpost menu as well as the first-tier items in the universal fabricator. UNDER Level 20 with NO Extreme Planets!
This is shown with only basic scans, topography and existing landmarks for easy location. The skills needed can be gotten by level 7 but it is suggested to be a bit higher in level for one of the planets.
