Halberd Studios has announced the 9 Years of Shadows metroidvania, which tells the story of the girl Europa, who must dispel the curse hanging over her people and return the colors to the world. She will travel to the tangled corridors of Talos Castle. The developers note that the game tells about growing up and friendship between the heroine and her friend Apino.

In the castle, you can find paintings through which you can get into the otherworldly worlds, where the echoes of the past soar.
