A Co-op Mix of Phasmophobia-like Ghost Hunting With FPS | Demonsomnia demo
1Hello everyone! Another demo from the latest Steam Next Fest. This is Demonsomnia, a co-op game that mixes the Phasmophobia formula of ghost finding, but adding ghost (in this case, demon) vanishing and some body camera fps. Graphically looks pretty good, although performance still needs some work, gameplay-wise I think it needs some tweaks, because it can get pretty boring and/or frustrating during the first half, because this video was taken from 2 hours of recording, due to the fact that we couldn't find the items to craft the bomb (which is the starting part). Also, a few bugs, like getting stuck inside a wall, or not being able to leave the house at all, even when we haven't even finished the bomb.
The hunting process is still a bit vague en terms of when they will start, but, to be fair, it is the same in Phasmophobia, with the difference that can find a lot of info online about the last one.
There is a nice variety of demons, but still no idea about how many different places to investigate (also, no idea if they have any randomizing element).
Also, please make XP gain even for all the players.
