A confusing GUI issue I have no idea why it happens

For context, I am running fabric 1.20.4 and this is the 6th time it happened to me within the last 2 weeks.

I know it is not configured nor wurst. It happens randomly when I have my chat open before it all breaks. Once i close my game, it fixes itself, but closing the game is a challenge, as you all can see.

So while uploading I asked ChatGTP for help with understanding some errors in my log. It might be the physicsmod causing this. Idk. It is happening too randomly to really say.
