My solve of "XV Double Layer Dilema" by Tyrgannus; an Irregular sudoku that uses the XV and extra region constraints.

This was puzzle 701 in the Cracking the Cryptic discord puzzle archive.

Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- The irregular regions must contain a set of the digits 1-9.
- The normal 3x3 box regions in orange an blue act as extra regions that also need to contain the digits 1-9.
- Adjacent cells labeled with a V or X sum to 5 and 10 respectively. All XV clues are given.
