A Grid Aalto AR Corner Animation: 4th DIMENSION
3Back in 2019, I had the privilege of creating three stunning digital mural artworks for Aalto University campus (A Grid) in Finland, as part of the Aalto Project. Installed by FinStudio Systems OY under the supervision of Sebastian Sandelin from Sisätila Design & Interior Architecture, these murals adorned the I-wing stairwell, spanning floors 2-4 with dimensions of 6.1 by 1.8 meters.
Today, I'm thrilled to present the animation for the "4th Dimension" mural, produced by me in 2020. This animation serves as the conclusive act in a series of story-driven animations, aiming to bring closure and a sense of grandeur to the narrative.
In this project, I delved into both 2D and 3D realms, utilizing tools like Photoshop, After Effects, and Blender to breathe life, depth, and resolution into the 4th Dimension. Unlike its predecessors, this animation unfolds within a single continuous scene, showcasing a mesmerizing array of celestial objects in motion.
From the Earth to distant galaxies, every element of the mural artwork dances with vitality, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in the beauty and wonder of the cosmos.
