0Locations with a Developer Defined camera angle only rotate the camera, they don't adjust the camera tilt. In this particular example the camera controls are locked while in the location with a Developer Defined camera angle which means a bad tilt when entering the area can screw the player over by making things unnecessarily hard to see.
