This was.. surprisingly annoying. There's a bug where Illness can randomly decide to kick all the islands up to the next difficulty so I had to restart a few times just to avoid that. Beyond that, a lot of janky collision but this route is forgiving if you don't fall (Never fall).
Sorry about the lag, nothing I can really do.
