We didn't quite hit the 30 minute goal which was unrealistic. BUT it took 1-2 minutes to come up with the encounter, a similar amount of time to generate the map in Dungeon Alchemist, and almost no time to put all the monsters onto the map using Foundry's premium "Pathfinder Token Pack: Bestiaries".
Also, the "turn marker" people were asking about is called COMBAT BOOSTER. (The spiritual successor to Turn Marker.)
