The Alesis Core 1 is a super portable audio interface that allows you to connect a microphone to your computer and record 24-bit audio.

It features a combo XLR/TRS input and a headphone port. It retails at around £40 in the UK, but I managed to pick it up for only £15 second hand via CEX.

You can find out more about this audio interface at http://www.alesis.com/products/view/core-1

Be sure to check out my first impressions of the Audient iD22 audio interface at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DM1b8YmyjD4

If you want to know why I buy a lot of used equipment, please watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jb3sqsdS_SA

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this so please leave a comment below. As always, if you enjoyed the video, please click like, share, and subscribe :)

Thanks guys.
