3if you want to know how to get the hacks and apply them and get software to play them on as well as help on how to make it less choppy here's how
1. go to this link you can download all the version of the hack here the hack itself is named Backrooms : https://mega.nz/folder/9BB32Cib#ISfFcu6hrF7CCl-2FTHaAA
2. go to this link here to get your hacking software this is the newest version as of Feb 27 2023 but logically they will update it I use this myself so I'll keep you up to date: https://www.smwcentral.net/?a=details&id=11474&p=section
4. get your software Flips and open it click on apply patch
5. next get your BPS file and double click it
6. save the file now all you need is retro arch here is the link: https://www.retroarch.com/?page=platforms
7. click on the link for your device and install it
8. accept everything
9. once you opened retro arch go to Load core and click or tap anything that has the text Nintendo 64 it does not matter which one you click or tap it should still work
10. once the blue line at the bottom left is gone you need to go to load Content and go to where ever you saved your saved your amped up file and there you go you should be able to play Mario Kart 64 Amped up

Note: you can use a controller for retro arch YOU can even use the keyboard if you want there's LOT'S of controllers to chose and lot's of them should work for PC I recommend you use a wireless if your dealing with lot's of cables or wired if you don't have that issue there are pros and cons though
Side Note: if you have a Bluetooth controller it should work with any device that has a Bluetooth input driver HECK for mobile you can use your device right in the palm of your hand just go to settings and either scan for Mobile or Add device for windows 10/11 as far as I'm worried and click or tap and it should work read instructions for your controller first and if your still having issues comment in this video AND I can help you
