Beaman Park is a popular park and hiking area near Nashville, TN. I enjoyed the Highland trail, I started at the top of the park and worked my way around the loop. You have the option to go off and venture other paths along the way to extend your hike. It's great scenery all around you at all times. You get a good workout out, going up and downhill during the hike. It's a good hiking area for the whole family, nothing was too difficult to traverse.
