A share recount performed by Adam Aron will not help⦠but why? Surely as AMC CEO Adam Aron should be able to perform a share recount and determine how many synthetic shares there are⦠right?!
Well, Adam Aron and AMC dont know how many synthetics there are! they donβt have access to the OTC trades and the OTC data and therefore dont know how many synthetics have been issued.
AMC only maintain information on the legal shares, they literally dont track synthetics at all! therefore, Adam Aron literally canβt do a share count on the synthetics!!
The only people will access to that kind of information are the market makers.
