A Soldier Reviews the Starlifter - Star Citizen
1,007Okay, spoiler alert, this is not a review video. It's a response to Morhpologis's review of the Hercules and specifically his critique of the M-2 as a "dropship", which he is absolutely inaccurate about. (referenced section in this video: https://youtu.be/4K8OK-owwcg?t=699)
Now for context, I like Morph and most of his content, I don't have the same views as him on the project, but I think he's generally a nice dude who just really loves Star Citizen. We can agree to disagree on mechanics / direction / whatever - I never feel like Morph is blowing smoke up people's asses with Dreamcrafting the way some of the other more notable channels do.
Morphologis is well known in Star Citizen for doing the "An Architect Reviews" series as well as creating other content around the game. I generally really enjoy that series, it's interesting seeing his take on things from that lens. In this particular video however he makes an observation that really isn't that dead on, no big deal, it's his opinion.
However when people who have more experience with the issue he highlighted pointed out his criticism was off, instead of going "oh okay" he doubled down on it by insisting the Hercules is a troop dropship.....well I know a thing about being a troop, so here we go.

Please do watch it, as I had to cut up his segment on the dropship for time, and like I said, he does make good content, I just disagree with his point on the M-2.
