Puzzle Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Numbers on lines of the same colour sum to the same total. The four different totals are prime numbers. Numbers may repeat on a line if allowed by other rules.
- Cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are given.
