Puzzle Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits in cages must sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage. Digits can not repeat within cages.
- Digits placed on an arrow must sum to the digit placed in that arrow's circle.
- Digits in bordered squares must be even. Digits in bordered circles must be odd.
- The digit in the yellow tinted square must be higher than all orthogonally adjacent cells.
