A tip to prevent strain or injury to the arm during sword practice

An improper grip and abrupt stops while practicing cuts with a one-handed sword can lead to tendonitis (tennis arm) and stress on the wrist. So in this video I demonstrate a way to avoid such issues, which I hope may be useful for beginners.
Depending on the martial arts style and instructor there may be other methods that work equally well, this is just what I've been taught and what I find effective.
