A Unique Mix of 2D Platformer with Tough Turn-based Combat | Bearnard demo
4Hello everyone! We keep going with the demos from this Steam Next Fest, and this is Bearnard, a game that mixes 2D platforming for exploration, with turn-based combat for the fights, including the use of card battling (single-use cards though). The cute pixel art might make this game look like is going to be an easy ride, but it is really challenging, and in a fun way to experience. Combats are tough, yet balanced, considering all the rewards the game offers to you, and has the quite unique mechanic that you are aiming your attacks, even for turn-based, so it depends on you to hit your action points or miss them (I had a lot of fun missing xD).
Demo is long enough for you to try and enjoy the different combination of cards and the different combination of enemies the first biome has to offer.
