I forgot that these talks with Engels were all part of a quest line, and that it would have to have some conclusion, but the biggest mistake was that... I forgot I was playing a Yoko Taro game. With Engels, I wanted to forget. I wanted to think that he'd have a happy ending.

But there are no happy endings with Yoko Taro. The more you play, the more you realize there's only sadness, very touching sadness that somehow keeps you invested.

And this time I didn't add in the song that plays here (like I've done for past ones with this song). It was playing in the game. The song if called "Blissful Death". It's very fitting this time.

I didn't wanna go too over the top with my commentary, but I was pretty bothered by this and I didn't have my face or voice recorded, so the commentary represents the myriad of thoughts that were swirling in my mind at the time. Seeing the light literally leave his eyes was so heartbreaking :(
