A Virgin Mobile Canada SIM card functions in an LG Optimus Net P690b Android SmartPhone locked to Bell Mobility (the phone operates as if it was intended for Virgin Mobile Canada when a Virgin Mobile Canada SIM card is inserted).

This is the only combination that I can confirm and cannot say for sure if the inverse is true or if other cell phones locked to Bell Mobility function in the same manner when using Virgin Mobile SIM cards.
