This video demonstrates an important lesson in the insertion or removal of discs into your Microsoft Xbox 360 Slim (S) console: as you well know, both the power (on/off) and eject button on the Xbox 360 Slim are tactile buttons (but a simple touch triggers them). When inserting or removing a disc into the Xbox 360 Slim, you have to be EXTRA careful not to touch one of these tactile buttons in the process of loading or removing your disc from the disc tray, as doing so will cause the tray to immediately close. If during this tray closing, your disc is ajar or off kilter, the tray will grab the disc, will try to bring the disc into the drive bay despite the disc resting halfway and not properly seated within the drive tray, and as a result, the disc can become pinched between the tray and the top of the tray's housing as the tray tries to close, causing potentially significant damage and scratching to the disc.
