Found by me and Mattmatt10111, took about an hour from first playing the game to find this. So why does it work? Well when you don't have your co-op partner near you, the game checks collision with walls pretty well. However, if you use the cart while your co-op partner is in front of you, all sorts of collision checking appears to go out the window and you can essentially just wiggle up right next to any wall you want then let go once you are clipped. Every cart works with this technique.

This would probably work for a Laundry skip if you can also get Vincent to the other side with you. It is theoretically possible to boost Vincent onto the barrier above where you clip while Leo uses the cart from the other side (he will launch into the air if you hug the corner of the cart).
