Let me tell you a tale of a month-long cover which took a year to make...
This cover originally was our entry for Pixel Mixers' indie game album, The Great Tale of the Little Ones (which you can download here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/cp11o5tyihj7cgb/Pixel+Mixers+-+The+Great+Tale+of+the+Little+Ones.rar), which was released back in August. However, I wasn't completely happy with how it originally turned out.
After some parts were re-recorded and everything was remixed, this is what we got! :D
A Wizard's Lizard is a really fun rogue-lite/zelda-esque game, somewhat resembling TBoI, with a soundtrack by the ever amazing Joshua Morse.
One of the coolest aspects of the game, however, is its developers. Matt and Geoff do a weekly game dev podcast where they documented the entire development process of the game. It was really fun to me, as a beta tester, to see how the game evolved into what it is today.
