Barry Richardson and Jack Perkins host the A&E Network's fifth annual Independence Day program called Pops Goes the 4th. It includes performances by the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra and live fireworks from the Charles River in Boston. It aired on A&E on July 4th, 1995 and the recording includes commercials. Apparently the full program was three hours, which means this is only a partial recording.
