Excellent, perfectly balanced and very tactical match played last night on BURIAL.
Team RED: BargleLoco, ic3fly, carryoncleo, ENTEN Ki11er
Team BLUE: Berjj, Bomb2001, VinVegaz, TigerBLUE

In the first half we had the "cave end" which is harder to defend, especially from "swoopers" (fast moving flag runners that prioritize running over fighting) or when there are multiple attackers at once. On the flip side, the "building end" is easier to defend, especially if you have good railers (which they did !!!).

I always figure in this situation that in a well balanced match, the team starting from the "cave end" starts with a disadvantage, the defence will likely have a hard time and the offence (especially swoopers) will have a hard time but as long as you don't finish more than 3 or 4 CAPs behind at half time then you have every chance to make a comeback and win at the change of ends. In the first half we finished 1-3 which I thought was perfect.

Vin commented that he wasn't enjoying it at the end of the first half and that there were snipers everywhere so I can imagine with his "swooping style" and the disadvantages attacking the "Building end" that he was getting railed into oblivion (all four players on team RED finished with the RG as their best weapon...Bargle finished with 61% accuracy and 45% kills with the RG as well as doing 13K damage total ! cleo and Ic3 also had 53-55% RG accuracy !).

The disadvantages for BLUE in the first half turned into advantages in the 2nd though, with the change of ends our offence started bearing fruit !

At 6mins into the 2nd half it was all square at 3-3 !
At this point the real game begins ! :-)
