Abyssal Yuuka is honestly as unremarkable as Abyssal Yuyuko. Like the Ghost Mistress from 10 floors ago, the Flower Master has an impressive amount of HP that's only accentuated by her main, self-healing gimmick. Aside from her auto heal skill (Plantation's Blessing), she will use Gensokyo's Reflowering every 5 turns to heal herself while ALSO hurting your party.

The only other mechanic unique to this fight is Abyssal Yuuka's berserk mode. Basically, if you hit Yuuka with FIR at all, she will retaliate with Wrathful Master Spark, and that move will probably result in a full party wipe unless you had Akyuu or other self-revivers on hand. If you stick to Yuuka's other "weaknesses" or only hit Yuuka with FIR when you know it'll finish her off, you won't have to deal with Wrathful Master Spark at all.

Abyssal Yuuka's arsenal is quite predictable; aside from her personal moves (the low delay, single target NTR attack, Flower Shot; the group targeting, WND spell, Beauty of Nature; and the self-healing, group targeting NTR attack, Gensokyo's Reflowering) she also relies on generic attacks. Some are simple MYS element attacks, like Magic Arrow and the row-targeting Piercing Light, others inflict ailments, like Paralysis Spore, Poison Spore and Gravity Manipulation (which inflict PAR, PSN and HVY respectively). She also has the ever obnoxious Black Universe move though, like Abyssal Yuyuko before her, she doesn't have the SPD to really make use of it.

Abyssal Yuuka fully resists DTH and debuffs and has high resistance to TRR, PAR and SHK. She has less resistance to SIL, is weak to HVY and is also weak to PSN. SIL is great since Abyssal Yuuka seems to rely on SIL (and of her two defensive stats, Abyssal Yuuka actually has less MND than DEF) while HVY can slow down Yuuka can lower her DEF stat. PSN is also good for counteracting the effects of Yuuka's heals.

Abyssal Yuuka has predictably high affinity for NTR. Her affinity for MYS, CLD and DRK are also good but not as good. She still has some affinity for SPI, WND and PHYS but as hitting her FIR weakness will cause Abyssal Yuuka to retaliate with Master Spark, they are the only "realistic" weaknesses that you can take advantage of.

Other notes:
-Since Flower Shot has +50 ACC, avoid putting any evasive characters in the leftmost slots
-Beauty of Nature has the ability to prolong the effects of ailments when it's on playable Yuuka, but I'm not sure if Abyssal Yuuka's version of the attack works the same way.
