There are 25 Papyrus Puzzles to solve in AC Origins (plus another 4 in the DLC The Hidden Ones) First you need to find a papyrus (usually in temples) in a location, which will give cryptic clues to a specific location on the map. Go there and once you're close enough you should see a loot prompt appear. Each one gives you a random piece of gear that will level to match your character.
