I've tried out AccuFace last week, a lip-syncing product that works with iClone. It promises to let us use regular web cams or video files to animate character head motion, pupil tracking and lip sync. AccuFace integrates with AccuLips for better audio syncing.

This was originally a live demo for my supporters, but I thought it might be useful for everyone as it shows this tool live rather than in a "smooth edited" concept demo.
