If you've shot down Z.O.E. in Kingpin, then the story will continue, and you'll understand why the sub in One Night Stand was called "Dragonet1". This mission is pretty straightforward, the second submarine is equipped with two SAMs and two AA guns, if you line up your shots just right, firing two missiles will destroy both targets on the same row.
After that, the sub itself takes 3 missiles to go down, and from there... remember the "extra-powerful cruise missiles" mentioned in the intro? Well you have to chase one! You'll have to use your guns for that, so stay close and aim true, if it reaches St Ark, you fail the mission and get the bad ending.
