I'll confess - for all the failings AC5 has, Journey Home is my favorite furball in the PS2 games. If AC5's lower scale concept in one of more focused, intense, personal battles, this is how all of it should have been. An example of scripting done right, always throwing enough enemies at you, and *directly* at you, to keep you always engaged. Although i must add that I hadn't broken the script before, by killing so many the game can't keep up. It's a bit disappointing, but that's also a problem in Mayhem and Comona, so eh. Of course, in proper AC5 tradition, it has to stick an unskippable interactive cutscene at the start, but for this, I'll endure it.

Also, the music. If you need further proof overly orchestral soundtracks aren't the way to go, if Alect Squadron or Hrimfax -or even the Blue Skies remix - weren't enough, here's some more convincing for ya.

Oh, and rip Chopper etc.
