Upon fully deciphering a Yuktobanian coded message, crew aboard Kestrel discovers that it contains a location of a mine near Mt. Schirm in Belka that has unusually high level of activity around its enterance with Razgriz Squadron being sent in to perform a reconnaisance of the area. However, since the forest leading towards the mine is covered by an anti-aircraft network, it is decided that Blaze will perform the reconnaisance on his own. After engaging in a dangerous low-flight manouver in order to slip through the anti-aircraft network more efficiently, Blaze reaches the mine and finds out that it is being used as a makeshift air base for both Grabacr Squadron and several aircraft with Yuktobanian roundels, implying that a group of sleeper agents similar to Grabacr Squadron in Osean Air Force also operates within Yuktobanian Air Force and that two squadrons are co-operating and working for the same group that orchestrated the war between Osea and Yuktobania...
