As naval battle between Osean and Yuktobanian naval fleets starts brewing in Ceres Ocean, Yuktobanian prime minister Nikanor attempts to de-escalate the situation by directly adressing Yuktobanian troops from Kestrel. However, Yuktobanian fleet commander refuses the order to stand down, declaring that Nikanor has joined the enemy. Afterwards, Andersen urges Nikanor to evacuate Kestrel and head into Oured in order to find Vincent Harling and arrange a live broadcast in which two leaders would call their respective armies to cease fighting by revealing the truth about the Belkan involvement in the war. Refusing to fire at their own prime minister, crew from Yuktobanian frigate tries to persuade their fleet commander to stand down. However, he infers this as treason, ordering his crew to fire at the frigate immediately. Upon seeing this, three Yuktobanian ships openly decide to defect over to Kestrel's side against both Yuktobanian and Osean fleets. Due to this, Razgriz Squadron is dispatched in order to protect Yuktobanian defectors as they sail into formation with Kestrel, resulting in a violent air-to-sea skirmish in which Razgriz Squadron is forced to sink both Yuktobanian and Osean fleets and shoot down their planes...
