The third aircraft from the Original Aircraft Series roster is the ASF-X Shinden II, which made its first appearance in Ace Combat: Assault Horizon and returned in Ace Combat Infinity, and now, it makes its entrance to Strangereal through this DLC!

The plane is endowed with very good low-speed performance, aided by its low stall speed, this makes it a fierce dogfighter at low speeds and allows it to remain close to a target to pile on the damage with its weapons, which are all standard, but reliable ones. The most noteworthy of them being the Rocket Pods, otherwise only found on the MiG-21bis and F-2A, it was about time it got a place on a high-tier plane!

Fleet Destruction is a great place to use its full armaments, as it has ships for LASM, platforms for RKT and enemy fighters for 6AAM, and so it is my mission of choice to showcase it!
