Ace Combat X: Mission 15B Max Score Run (41690 points)
21The highest score attainable in ACX, in the "enemy fleet reinforcements" version. Quite a difficult one, as it requires you do two difficult things, very fast. More info below.
One, completely destroy the enemy fleet. You need to fly straight to it to even have a chance, as the friendly fleet is very strong and will destroy it on its own. Also, they will go for the SAMs first, so you need to destroy them before that ship's the leading target. The key is timing your shots with those of the friendly fleet - let them get the first shot in the ships while you save your missiles for the SAMs and the final shot. Be careful: Frigates only take two hits to kill, Destroyers three. Or you can just Fenrir the whole thing.
Second, you need to take out at least three enemy planes fast to spawn the enemy ace, Dusk. I'm not exactly sure what the time limit is, but it's fairly short. Since you can't stop to dogfight them, you need to be incredibly lucky and kill all starting three with one XLAA salvo, or kill two and one right after taking care of the fleet.
From then on it's the mission as normal, plus killing all targets inside the fortress, which I normally do anyway. Remember the cockpit trick: cockpit view significantly decreases the screen shake
