Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War - S-32 flight test #02
Best viewed at 60 fps.
A few weeks ago I finished the draft of the AC5-to-Zero model swapping/replacement/importing tutorial and for said tutorial I'll be using the S-32 as an example. Before that I wanted to refresh my memory by repeating the modding process as well see if there was any other issues when importing aircraft from AC5. While the FB-22 was imported without problems (as shown in one of my previous videos), I found that the S-32 had a few issues when using it in some parts of the game, and I suspect the same could happer for the others planes that aren't present in Zero. Luckily some of these issues are fixable so I'll be adding them to the guide and make a proper research for all planes from AC5 when importing them.
Since I now have an ISO with the S-32 imported to Zero (both for Cipher and Pixy) laying around, might as well do a video. I had a setting in mind about the Grabacr/Ofnir squadron facing Wardog, so I also imported the F-14A (Wardog's signature plane) and replaced them over Rot's Typhoons. Did the same for the other enemy aircraft, hence them producing wind trails/vortexes when moving and having the search lights enabled.
The original stage was supposed to be the Vladimir Mountains but due to some issues I just settled with one of the Operation Katina maps.
When I published the first S-32 video for the first time (the one with the SACS squadron) I wanted to add voices to the video besides the enemy introduction scene. Boy, I hope you enjoy this video because I'm never doing something like this again. It took me like three weeks to listen to 12,000+ radio comm clips (around 9 hours of audio) that were extracted from AC5 and place them on Vegas' audio track timeline according to the actions of every member of the Wardog gang, adding some dialogue and interaction between characters to mix it up and splicing some lines here and there. This was tediously painful to do so don't expect a video like this ever again.
I apologize if the dialogue (and the frequency/timing of it) comes off as weird or awkward. I'm not a native english speaker so I tried my best to make them sound as natural as possible.
