http://www.netbooknews.com MeeGo gets their much needed hardware announcement at Computex 2011 from ACER who showed Acer Iconia Tab M500 a 10inch tablet which is very similar to the A500 but seems thinner on first glance. The M denotes MeeGo and is meant to be part of a series of Meego products to be produced by ACER. ACER is the first major brand to announce a tablet running MeeGo, currently WeTab in Germany has been the only MeeGo tablet on the market. The UI had some obvious tweaks with a circular widget search which is being described as a 'snackable UI' there was also some additions of an Android like App drawer. We've uploaded the demo video from the Tablet and Netbook Keynote at Computex 2011 below.
