In light of reading through Archie Comics' "World Unite" crossover special, bringing the likes of many Capcom and Sega characters together, I decided to tackle a question submitted by Deltaheatran asking about my thoughts on cameo characters used in multiple projects. I really enjoy the idea of multiverse crossovers with lots of different IPs; from Who Framed Roger Rabbit to Tsubasa Chronicles to even stuff as ridiculous as Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue! Doing a big crossover like that is a personal "fantasy goal" I'd love to do someday, when the time is right...but in the meantime, this Kirblog goes over my personal thoughts on a variety of different uses of "the multiverse" for many movies, shows, games and comics that I'm a big fan of. What are some of yours?
