Activision is suing TikTok creator Needletok after using his clip on the Crash Bandicoot Ad, its the meme “It's enough slices”. Here is what happened, Needletok had the viral meme “It's enough slices”. Activation used this sound on a Crash Bandicoot sneakers video. Needletok sent a letter demanding the video be taken down which activation complied, End of story? Wrong! Needletok allegedly said that deleting the video was not enough and demanded a six-figure payout for "substantial" monetary damages. The end for sure? Nope! Activision sued the TikToker in response. Activision's reason is other content creators can use it but not them so they sued him? Bobby Logic.
