Activision are under investigation for fraud by law firm Pomerantz LLP, apparently at the behest of shareholders, following the Bungie Split. Whether this is directly as a result of the Bungie split or whether the investigation pre-dates the split is unclear at present but whatever the details, this does not look good for Activision.
